Cyprus | Nicosia | Lambros | Σουβλάκι

Souvlaki (Σουβλάκι) is a highly renowned dish from Cyprus, consisting of skewered and grilled meats such as lamb, pork, or beef. Today, rather than drinking at a bar, I decided to enjoy some drinks at home with lamb souvlaki cooked on Souvlaki BBQ grill.

I visited Lambros Store to purchase the Souvlaki BBQ grill. Since I don’t have a car, I used an electric scooter to bring it home. The grill cost around 30 euros.

Setting up the BBQ was straightforward, requiring no tools besides a simple screwdriver. Despite its modest appearance, it seems quite capable.

**Cooking Instructions:**
1. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
2. Skewer the lamb onto the skewers.
3. Grill for 15 minutes. (If you don’t have a grill, you can use a frying pan or oven, though the flavor won’t be quite the same.)
4. Remove the meat from the skewers and serve on a plate. It's great with pita bread.

A pretty good drinking snack has been completed, but my loneliness remains the same. From tomorrow onwards, I'll stick to drinking at bars rather than at home.
